Raw chocolate pudding

There’s a beauty in simplicity and one of my latest images on Instagram is a proof. I talk about my raw chocolate pudding what had so many likes and responses that I have to prepare a regular post with this recipe for all of you :). There is no doubt that this is the best way to start the day. It is healthy, simple and fast to prepare, and even more, looks and tastes great… I swear!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
– 1 pcs avocado
– 5-6 pcs banana
– 2 table-spoons of raw cocoa
– 1 table-spoon of honey
– apple (or other fruit according to taste to decorate)
– buckwheat popcorn

Peel both banana and avocado and cut it into small pieces. Put it into blender together with cocoa and honey and blend it until smooth. While the mixture is smooth enough, serve into glass or cup (as you prefer) and decorate with marigold apples (or other fruit of your choice) and sprinkle a bit of buckwheat popcorn on top.
